My experience at Villa Raphael was terrific, and they made it very impactful. From breakfast to dinner, the food was tasty and amazing. I love the attentiveness of the staff members, and they are beneficial if you have any needs or wants to be met. Villa Raphael is an absolute gem! It's beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, creating a truly charming atmosphere. The thermal pool was a pure delight, perfect for relaxation with a caipirinha. Every morning, the breakfast was fantastic. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay truly special. We highly recommend Villa Raphael for anyone seeking a serene and beautiful getaway with top-tier amenities and unparalleled hospitality. We can't wait to return!

This was my second stay, In my opinion Villa Raphael is the best hotel in Buzios, its peaceful away from the busy area just a few minutes by taxi, fantastic beachfront location, lovely pool and gardens, great air conditioning, shower and WiFi in the rooms. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. They provided vegan alternatives at breakfast for me and nothing was too much trouble.
